You just might have heard that there was quite the storm this past weekend and we finally got some snow!  Luckily for us, Connecticut didn’t get the brunt of the storm, but it still made for some fun in the snow… I’m sure some of you saw me frolicking in it on Snapchat over the weekend!  This faux fur vest is the warmest one I own by far and definitely heavy enough to keep me toasty in the frigid temps we’ve been having here to close out January.  I’ve also been wearing this oversized sweater pretty much non-stop since I got it back in November.  It’s honestly one of the most versatile pieces in my closet this season and I’ve worn it everywhere from date night to lounging around the house.  I styled it back on the blog here with over-the-knee boots and my favorite fedora.  I also broke out these adorable leopard faux fur gloves that add a little touch of glam to this very casual look.  I figured that I might as well feature them while I still have both… I’m sure I’ll lose one in a matter of days.

I’ve been tracking down these Sorel snow boots for you and am so surprised there are even some still left this late into the season.  Now that the snow really started coming down, you should scoop them up if you haven’t already.  It’s my third season with them and I thank myself every time we have a storm!
