I hope you all had a wonderful 4th of July weekend!  We had one of the best weather weekends I can remember for the 4th so Raj and I booked a last minute trip to Cape Cod with some of our friends.  With zero cell service in the Cape (for real), it was the perfect time to really unplug.  I have one of the busiest couple of months coming up and although no cell service and spotty wifi usually drives me insane… I embraced it for once and spent REAL time with the people I love.  And since we were all in the same boat, I can’t even begin to tell you how refreshing it was to hang out without any devices distracting us. We even met Harry Connick Jr. our last night at dinner and we were so used to not having our phones glued to our hands, we didn’t even document it.

Now, back to fashion.  I packed so many blue and white pieces for the weekend since red isn’t normally my color.  I always love dressing for the occasion and always embrace stripes and nautical-inspired pieces anytime I’m close to water.  This dress isn’t online yet unfortunately – and I promise, as soon as it is, I will link to it!  Until then, I found a really similar option below – complete with the cute cutout!

I also scooped up these lace-up sandals for some upcoming travel and love how they match my Chloé crossbody bag!  The heel is the perfect height and the straps are super soft (so no blisters to report) – plus, they come in a few colors and are under $90!  If you’re looking for something on the flat side – these similar lace-up sandals have been getting a ton of use in my closet this year too (I have them in nude), but they also come in gold and black!
