I had been on the hunt for a leather jacket for literally months when I finally found the one of my dreams at the French Connection store in Soho during NYFW!  My faux leather jacket from Forever 21 was probably the best $50 I’d ever spent and I got so much use out of it, but after a few years I was ready to invest in the real thing.  I had recently purchased this Doma leather jacket seen here after saving up plenty of gift cards but was also looking for a moto style for a little edge!  I love the look of a long open scarf with a leather jacket… it feels so rock n’ roll and adds a little something to an otherwise simple outfit!  Check out how I tried the same look in early fall a few years back!  I also pulled out these Brian Atwood fringe booties that I scored on clearance a few years ago.  They are always the perfect touch of glam to every outfit I pair them with!  Fringe for life!
